Information used for orders
When you place an order, the store collects your name, email, telephone number, shipping address, selected products and order status to process your purchase and provide support. Cart contents are also stored in your browser.
Payments and service providers
Checkout and payments are processed by Shopify. The contact, shipping and payment details you enter at checkout are collected by Shopify on our behalf and handled under Shopify's privacy policy; card details are entered in Shopify Checkout, not on our website server. Orders paid before our move to Shopify were processed by Stripe and remain in Stripe's records. Replit hosts the website. Delivery information needed to ship your parcel is provided to the delivery carrier.
Use and retention
Order information is used for payment processing, fulfilment, customer service and business records. Records may remain in the order database and service-provider systems for those purposes.
Aggregated shopping activity
The store counts product-page views, add-to-cart actions and checkout attempts as daily totals, separated by product and test/live mode. These counters do not store customer details, IP addresses, cookies, session identifiers or visitor profiles. They are not unique-visitor counts. This feature respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Order and payment records are stored separately to process purchases.
Privacy requests
To request access to or correction of your information, or ask about deletion and retention, contact info@alturacoffeeinc.com. Include enough information to identify your order; do not send payment card details by email.
