Brew your coffee
- Grind just before brewing. Start with a medium grind for filter coffee.
- Use fresh, filtered water, around 93 °C. Follow your brewer’s instructions.
- Pour evenly. Adjust one variable at a time to suit your taste.
Keep your coffee fresh
Keep coffee airtight in a cool, dry place, away from light and strong odours. Grind only what you need.
